Placing an order
You can place your order by telephone quoting the reference number of the item or items you would like call our sales line 01691 622550.
Once you place the order, we will send you an email confirmation with all the details regarding your order if applicable. In case the good(s) ordered are unavailable, we will inform you of the same via email or telephone.
Delivery of order
The good(s) ordered, will be delivered at the address specified by you in the order. If you wish to have the good(s) delivered to an address other than the registered cardholders address, you should go through the authentication procedure at the checkout stage by MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. Proof of address will be required if authentication process is not passed.
Cancellation & Returns
We, at Aladdin's Cave, always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. In case, you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience in order that we can halt dispatch proceedings.
